What happens next?
Take advantage of our Free 40-50 minute consultation. This can be face to face or online, from the safety and comfort of your own home. Come and meet us and have any questions answered about how hypnotherapy works and how it can help you.
We can talk to you about your issue and help you understand how the brain works in relation to your problem and symptoms – something which most people find very interesting.
We will also explain the Hypnotherapy process and how it can help you and we can then agree on your proposed treatment plan. You will receive a free MP3 to listen to between sessions.
Subsequent sessions last up to an hour and begin with Solution Focused techniques followed by Hypnotherapy. During the Initial Consultation, we will discuss treatment and treatment plans and we will monitor progress as we go.
Approximate times
Depression / anxiety states – 9 to 12 sessions.
Phobias – usually 3 to 4 weekly sessions.
Stop Smoking – this is usually one session that incorporates both the initial consultation and the smoking cessation session. Typically this lasts up to 2 hours.
Costs
All sessions (except smoking cessation) are £60 and usually last 50 minutes
Stop smoking sessions cost £150 and last up to 2 hours (there is no Initial Consultation with stop smoking sessions).
Results may vary and success is not guaranteed. The client will need to want to make the changes and full commitment is important.
