I have always been passionate about working with people – everything I have ever done has involved working with them and empowering them to achieve the best results possible.
In 2018, I came down with Glandular Fever and I just couldn’t seem to recover from it. After numerous tests, I was eventually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS / ME).
I was literally ‘struck down’. On bad days I was unable to even get out of bed or make it up the stairs… But, over the past few years, my health has slowly improved, and I am now much better able to manage my condition.
One of the ways that I managed to support my recovery was by using Hypnotherapy – more specifically, Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy (or SFH). SFH doesn’t rely on digging up the past but brings out your inner strength to empower you to deal with issues yourself.
SFH had such a positive effect on me and my health. It really helped me to manage my symptoms – so much so, that I wanted to understand it better and so started studying the Diploma in SFH at the Clifton Practice in Bristol.
The areas that hypnotherapy has really helped me with include:
• anxiety,
• ‘brain fog’,
• frustration,
• insomnia and interrupted sleep,
• loss of confidence,
• negative thinking,
• pain, and
• stress.
Professional Expertise
In July 2021, I completed the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) at The Clifton Practice in Bristol – the leading hypnotherapy training centre in the country.
Upon completion, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist.
I am a full member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).
